In case of payment by bank transfer, please note that the transfer must be made in full without any deduction for bank charges. Please also e-mail the proof of your transaction to the organizing secretariat. The bank transfer must be made within 5 business days from your registration, as specified in the on-line booking form.
Online Registration is allowed till October 15, 2014. After this date, only on-site registrations will be accepted.
Every participant (including accompanying persons) must be registered. Participation will be considered confirmed once payment has been settled.

A Gala Dinner will be organized on Tuesday, October 21, in the evening. The event will be held at the Leonardo Da Vinci Science and Technology Museum of Milan.
The cost for the Gala Dinner is € 120, VAT included.

To qualify for the fee, a document proving that you are in full time study at a recognized educational institution must be sent to the Organizing Secretariat by e-mail within 5 working days from your registration (firstname.lastname@example.org). In any case, the status of student is reserved to people under 28.
Replacements are welcome: a new Registration Form must be filled in and a written notification must be submitted to the Congress Secretariat by e-mail (email@example.com) in order to process the replacement.
Letters of invitation for visa purposes will be issued by the congress secretariat upon request and only if the registration form has been filled in and the registration fee has been settled.
Before September 30, 2014: full refund (minus € 50 for the handling fee).
After September 30, 2014: no refund.
Any cancellation must be notified in writing to the Congress Secretariat by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org). Telephone cancellations will not be considered.
Accepted cancellations will be acknowledged by e-mail. If you don’t receive it, please contact the Organizing Secretariat.
Appropriate refunds will be made available after the end of the Congress.
